If I wish to provide information, whom do I contact?
Individuals who want to provide information can do so by press the "Submit a Tip" button.

Can I remain anonymous?
Individuals can provide anonymous tips and are not required to leave contact information. However, for reward payments individuals must provide their name and contact information. Any personal information provided is held strictly confidential.

How do individuals get paid?
Indivduals providing information may be eligible for a reward payment. However, the DEA and NSB reserves the exclusive right to determine whether an individual will receive any reward payment and the amount of such reward payment. All reward payments shall be commensurate with the value of the information provided or the assistance rendered. Payments are normally paid in cash and require individuals to sign for the money upon receipt.

How can I be sure that an award will be paid for the information I provide?
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has offices in more than 60 countries worldwide and has a long history of working with individuals who provide information. DEA has an outstanding reputation with working with sources of information around the world.

How are reward payment amounts determined?
The DEA and NSB reserves the exclusive right to determine whether an individual will receive any reward payment and the amount of such reward payment. All reward payments shall be commensurate with the value of the information provided or the assistance rendered. Criteria such as arrests, seizures and/or usefulness of the information provided is used to determine amount paid.
